My day with R-Money

Recently, I had the chance to attend a Romney-Ryan “victory” rally in the lovely little town of Powell, Ohio. What follows is a first hand look of my day with R-Money and Pauly R (their gangster names) :

Republicans cannot seem to make up their minds. Santorum is overly naive and simplistic. Paul is too radical on his views on government. Romney… well they are just not too into him. Gingrich was a grouch, Huntsman is out and Bachmann and Cain were crazy. But don’t worry, conservatives, Matrix settled for you.

What the U.S. lacks is respect for education, educators

America is in trouble. Whether or not the education system is “fair” compared to other nations, it is lagging, and has been lagging, behind the world’s other super powers. As other nations are developing faster and more efficiently, the defects of the system, and perhaps America’s entire attitude towards education, are becoming more prominent and obvious.

Free breakfast can give students the chance to succeed

Athens County is one of the poorest counties in Ohio and many students do not receive breakfast. Maybe students cannot afford it, do not want it or are in too much of a hurry to grab it. Whatever the reason, if the high school had a free breakfast program then everyone could have a chance to have breakfast.
